For over 20 years, I have worked with mid- to senior-level executives helping them develop their leadership & management skills through one-on-one coaching, workshops & classroom training. I have held a variety of roles in talent management focused on management & leadership development, learning strategy & design, team facilitation, change management & organizational design.

I will help you think of gaps in skill & performance differently – these gaps are opportunities to cultivate new behaviors to achieve greater influence & positive impact. We will identify your strengths & discover how using them consciously will increase your success. 

InsideOut coaching is designed to help you bring structure to decision making, clarify goals, and take action. It utilizes the GROW© Model – a coaching approach that removes internal blocks & enables you to act on what you already know. Once removed, good decisions can be made, leading to effective actions & positive outcomes. 

Earners of the SHRM Senior Certified Professional Credential (SHRM-SCP) of the credential are recognized for their ability to effectively perform HR duties and responsibilities from a strategic perspective. They have demonstrated their mastery of HR proficiency standards as defined by the SHRM Body of Applied Skills and Knowledge™ (SHRM BASK™).

The Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR) certification is recognized as a professionally relevant credential for those who have mastered the strategic and policy-making aspects of HR management as practiced in the United States.
